Project Description
SunPork Group partnered with Wiley to upgrade and expand their processing capacity at their Swickers Kingaroy Bacon factory.
Wiley was engaged for the design and construction works and have worked with local suppliers to deliver this 4,700m² project, including:
▪ Slaughter floor
▪ Freezer
▪ Chillers
▪ Amenities
▪ Offal rooms
Swickers currently processes over 95% of the pigs processed in Queensland. This expansion allows the broader Queensland pork industry to grow with the increased processing capacity.
