Wiley was thrilled to be amongst the invited guests at the recent opening of the new Multi-Purpose Hall at Seven Hills State School.
The school now has a space that can host their whole community. The hall was filled with all of the school’s students and staff as well as invited guests and an excited throng of parents and community visitors, and it felt incredibly spacious. The celebration featured a heartfelt Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony by Traditional Owner Henry Thompson Jr, followed by a beautiful national anthem performance by the enthusiastic school choir.
School Principal Michelle Morrissey expressed gratitude to everyone who made this vision a reality, including P&C Presidents past and present, School Council Chair and the Department of Education. She thanked Wiley and our project partners Group GSA and CPM Project Managers—and declared us now “part of our extended Seven Hills family”.
School captains, Kira, Hugo and Evan, stood proudly on the stage and spoke about the new opportunities the new hall will bring.

This incredible new facility, includes:
- a spacious multi-purpose hall
- 35 new undercover staff car parking spaces, including two dedicated spaces for people with disabilities
- a suspended link bridge and elevator to enhance accessibility.
Principal Michelle Morrissey had this to say: “From the outset, Wiley exhibited a high level of professionalism, attentiveness and consideration towards our needs. Their team demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication throughout the project, resulting in the delivery of a facility that surpassed our expectations.
